Our Striking Program is designed to teach valuable self defence skills as well as increase your balance, cardio and overall strength. In our striking classes you’ll get an aerobic and anaerobic workout as you slip, duck, dodge and weave between punches and kicks, improving your flexibility, control and agility.

But don’t worry, safety is priority number one, which is why students will primarily be working with partners on bags and pads practising punching and kicking combinations. Once students feel comfortable, we engage in some light contact sparring drills with all requisite protective gear.
